HOW TO ORDER
​A simple, step-by-step process to turn your flowers into a timeless keepsake.

STEP 01
Reserve Your Spot & Flower Care
Schedule your pick-up or mail-in reservation so we know when to receive your flowers. Once your spot is set, you’ll receive a text with a care guide and detailed instructions.

Local clients: Drop off your flowers at the reserved time anywhere on island.

Neighboring island or mainland clients: We will pick up instead of drop off

Overnight your flowers (ideally the day after your event). You’ll receive a text with step-by-step packing instructions to ensure they arrive safely.

Important: At least one keepsake product must be purchased for your reservation to be valid.

Gifting a keepsake? If adding to someone else’s order, include their full name in the “Order Notes” at checkout.
STEP 02
Choose Your Keepsakes
Pick the keepsake you’d like from our collection.
STEP 03
Preservation & Creation
Once your flowers arrive, we’ll notify you and begin the preservation process.

Flowers are gently cleaned and dried over the next 4 to 8 weeks.

Once drying is complete, we’ll confirm any final design notes or provide layout proofs if requested.

Your custom resin piece is then poured and cured. The full preservation and creation process takes about 3–4 months. You’ll receive updates along the way.
STEP 04
Your Keepsake is Ready
Your completed keepsakes will be ready for pickup or shipping. We can’t wait to deliver something beautiful and meaningful that you’ll treasure for years to come
