STEP 01
Select Your Keepsake
Browse our collection of preservation options and select the piece that speaks to you. Whether you’re drawn to resin art or a dimensional shadow box, your flowers will be transformed into something beautiful and lasting.

Important: At least one keepsake product must be purchased for your reservation to be valid.
Gifting a keepsake? If adding to someone else’s order, include their full name in the “Order Notes” at checkout.
STEP 02
Flower Care & Shipping Guide
After you place your order, I’ll send you a care guide with tips on how to keep your flowers fresh before getting them to the studio.
Mailing your flowers? You’ll receive detailed shipping instructions to help them arrive in perfect condition.
STEP 03
Secure Your Spot to Send or Drop Off Your Flowers
Send or Drop Off Your Flowers
After placing your order, you'll be able to choose whether you'd like to drop off your flowers or send them by mail.
Local customers: Drop off your flowers at the reserved time anywhere on island.
Neighboring island or mainland customers: It's very easy to ship your bouquet to the studio. All you have to do is overnight ship it, preferably the day after your event. If you choose this option, we will send you a detailed PDF on how to pack your florals for safe shipping!
Final chance to make changes: If you’d like to add to your order, now is the time!
STEP 04
The Preservation Process Begins
Once your flowers arrive, we’ll notify you and begin the preservation process.

Flowers are gently cleaned and dried over the next 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the flower type and condition.

Once drying is complete, we’ll contact you to confirm any final design notes or provide layout proofs if requested.

Your custom resin piece is then poured and cured, which takes another 2 to 4 weeks.
You’ll receive updates throughout the entire process.
STEP 05
Your Keepsake is Ready!
Your finished piece will be completed and ready for pickup or shipping approximately 3 to 4 months after we receive your flowers.
We can’t wait to deliver something beautiful and meaningful that you’ll treasure for years to come.
